	1.	Finding pix / Getting around If you know the specific Beatle that you're looking for - simply click on the appropriate Gallery name (e.g. 'George's Gallery') on the Navigation Bar to the left. If you want to browse through all pictures - click on 'The Photos' name on the Navigation Bar to the left. To scroll through the various pix in any of the Galleries, move your cursor to the << SCROLL PHOTOS >> below the right hand picture on your screen. If you leave the cursor on the arrows, you'll see the pix scroll to the right >>, or to the left <<. Click on any photo for a larger view, accompanying story or how to buy.

Putting pix in your cart

Once you've clicked on any specific photo, scroll down to read about the ordering info, pix sizes, editions and prices. Alternatively, you can click on the 'Ordering Info' text sign directly to the left of the pix.

To put your picture(s) of choice into your shopping cart:

If your browser is animation-enabled, you will notice that if you put your cursor on the 'BUY' button to the right of the price, it becomes animated. Simply click the 'BUY' button beside the size pix you want and the picture is instantly placed in your cart. As soon as you place an item in your cart, you are shown the contents of your cart. Please remember that you can always remove items from your cart by simply changing the quantity to zero and clicking 'refresh totals'.

Further instructions are provided below the contents of your cart on how to continue shopping, remove items from your cart or check out.

	3.	Checking out When you're finished shopping, just click on any 'View shopping cart' icon. There's one on almost every page of the web site below the 'BUY' buttons.

Order Form

Once you view your shopping cart and are ready to pay for your purchase, click the 'Pay & Finish' button for our Order Form. Don't forget to select a Shipping Destination. If you leave any information blank, you are prompted by a Java Alert to provide that information before you can proceed.

On the 'Order Form' page, you are asked by our Online Retailer (CCNow) to fill in your personal information, including your shipping address and your credit card details. When you choose 'Secure Checkout' at this final checkout point, it is important that you know that the entire Order Form resides on a secure server and that all information entered here is completely SAFE and CONFIDENTIAL.

When you're finished, click on the 'SUBMIT Your Order' button. This sends all your information to our online retailer (CCNow) and you receive an on-screen confirmation that your data has been safely and securely transmitted.

	5.	E-mail Confirmation Within 30 minutes of submitting your order (often much faster), CCNow's auto responder sends an automated message to the E-mail address you entered on your Order Form, confirming that your data has been safely received. This is why it is essential to ensure that you enter your correct E-mail address.

	6.	Shipping Confirmation Within one business day after CCNow processes your order we will ship your order. The Shipping Department will send you an E-mail confirmation informing you that your order has been shipped. This confirmation will also include your Order Number, as well as the approximate number of days it will take for your order to be delivered.

	7.	Delivery of your order All orders are shipped by courier, except for our 5"x7" pictures and copies of our book, The Beatles in India, which are sent using the Post Office. Most of our mail shipments travel as First Class Mail, which you will probably receive in your mailbox. In some cases, where your package does not fit in your mailbox, you may receive a notice from the post office asking you to pick up your package from the nearest postal station.

Important Notes

You must have cookies enabled on your browser for the shopping cart to work. If you have disabled cookies, you must re-enable it in order to shop on our site.

If you are ordering from behind a firewall or through a proxy server and you find that you cannot place items in your shopping cart, please contact your Network System Administrator for instructions on how to overcome this.

Our shopping cart will not work with some browsers that do not offer support for cookies. For best results, please use Netscape Navigator 4.0+ or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0+
